Dump wagons remain the most important transport in mines. They are a symbol of a flourishing mining industry and also of industrial history. The originals of these models were used in a small mine (Georgi-Stollen, 1786-1945) in Pitten/N.Austria for the production of iron ore. Today they are used in a conversion of the old Stolle mine into a showplace mine, symbolically to demonstrating the importance of the place.|
