The small snow plough of the Waldviertler narrow gauge railway of the WSV was constructed in the form of an asymmetrical ' rotating foot'.   The bogies had been formerly used for wood transport on all narrow gauge lines throughout Austria.   They were originally painted black but later brown.   The snow plough is used on the north-east (Heidenreichsteiner) branch of the Waldviertler line.   The plough is fixed to the longer (previously the brake platform) end.   The platform steps have been removed.   The original lateral uprights and their chains are still retained.   Old track sleepers were used as ballast.
